Women’s and Children’s Hospital

The Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN), Women’s and Children’s Hospital campus is a major teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Adelaide, the University of South Australia, and Flinders University. Through education, research and its continual quest for excellence in health care, the Women’s and Children’s Hospital recognises and is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of women and babies, children and young people in South Australia and beyond.

Each year WCHN seeks to fill trainee medical officer (TMO) positions in Paediatric Medicine, Neonatal Medicine, Paediatric Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. These positions include pre-Vocational positions, Paediatric basic and advanced trainees, various Fellow positions, Surgical and Anaesthetic registrars and Registrars / Senior Registrars in Obstetrics & Gynaecology non-accredited positions. WCH has a close working relationship with the medSTAR kids retrieval service which provides rotational training opportunities for trainee medical officers at WCH.
