Monday 8 July 2013 :               Applications close 5pm. Late applications will not be accepted.

Monday 22 July 2013:              Referee reports close 9am.

Monday 23 September 2013:    Option to change order of preferences closes 9am.

Friday 27 September 2013:      Round one allocation results to applicants

October 2013:                         Subsequent allocation rounds undertaken
