The overarching aim of Prevocational Medical Educators is quality management of patient care through the pursuit of excellence in the education and training of JMOs.
The SA Prevocational Training Teams meet as a combined group three times per year and its members are represented on SA IMET Council, Executive and Subcommittees.
Each teaching hospital which is a primary allocation centre for JMOs has a training team.
